before going to bed, with at least 7 hours remaining before the planned time of awakening.

The dose may be increased to the maximum recommended dose of 10 mg based on clinical response and
tolerability.

Time to sleep onset may be delayed if taken with or soon after a meal.

Patients should be advised not to consume alcohol in combination with DAYVIGO™.

Dosage Adjustments

Dosage Adjustments

Use with CNS Depressants

When DAYVIGO is combined with other CNS depressant drugs, dosage adjustment of DAYVIGO and/or the other drug(s) may be necessary because of potentially additive effects.

Sleep disturbance may be the presenting manifestation of a physical and/or psychiatric disorder.
Consequently, a decision to initiate symptomatic treatment of insomnia should only be made after the
patient has been carefully evaluated.

DAYVIGO™ is indicated for the treatment of insomnia, characterized by difficulties with sleep onset and/or
sleep maintenance.
